Delivery areas
Local delivery is available within our defined service area, checked automatically by ZIP code at checkout. If your address falls outside the zone, you'll see a clear message at checkout and can choose store pickup instead.
Delivery fees and timing
- Standard local delivery typically arrives within 1–2 days of order confirmation.
- Delivery is free on orders over $50; a flat fee applies below that threshold, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Exact delivery windows are confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Store pickup
Choose store pickup at checkout for no delivery fee. Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 hours of confirmation — you'll get a notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions and store hours.
Order tracking
Track order status — placed, packed, out for delivery or ready for pickup, and delivered/completed — anytime from your order history.
Delays
Occasionally weather, high demand, or courier availability can delay a delivery. If your order is running significantly behind its estimated window, we'll notify you — contact support if you don't hear from us and your window has passed.
